Job Overview:
Compliances of WHT U/S 165 e.g. (155, 149 155), Vendors Master Sheet updating, Monthly PRA Return, Sales Tax Invoices Reconciliations, Bookkeeping
Responsibilities and Duties:
·Review and ensure the working and challan of withholding (Payment of Supplies & Services U/S 153)
·Review and ensure the working and challan of withholding (Payment of Salaries U/S 149)
·Review and ensure the working and challan of withholding (Payment of Rent U/S 155)
·Review and ensure the updating of ATL (Income & Sales tax) weekly to Vendors Master Sheet.
·Intimation to licensee and Vendors about sales tax invoice and banking payment.
·Meetings with licensee and vendors for tax briefings and tax structure.
·Ensure the schedule & rate of sales tax in invoices,
·Ensure the WHT rate on payments according to their product and FBR status
·Ensure their Uploading of invoice on portal on relevant entities
·Communication with licensee and Vendors while sales tax return for uploading
·Sales Tax portal Invoices Reconciliation with the Sales & payments of the vendors to make sure the uploading is accordingly or timely.
·Preparation and submission of Monthly PRA & KPRA sales Tax Return and issue the invoice of Branding Quarterly
·Reconciliation of Bank Statement (Major Collection Bank of M/S ZM) with AX Bank Ledger and Credit Card Working
·Prepare Master sales sheet day wise including cash, credit card, cheque and credit customer according to the sale declared in the return
·Preparing Sales Collection Journal Voucher (SC-JV) for entering Credit and Credit Card Sales by taking CPR’s from credit customers into consideration
·Prepare Sales Journal Voucher from Master Sales Sheet
·Compiling the receipt side from bank reconciliations and prepare a fund flow statement (collection side) by attaching relevant bank and chart of account ID’s
·Prepare Bank Receipt Voucher from Fund Flow Statement by taking credit card charges into consideration
·Planning Cash Sales of the group and preparing Cash Receipt Voucher (C-RV)
·Preparing software templates for entering the data into Tax software ODOO
·Ensuring the completeness of all Bank payments by reconciling each month data of Bank ledger (extract from AX) with Bank Statements. (Bank Reconciliation)
·Ensure recording of purchases, payments as well as expenses payments
·Ensuring the completeness, accuracy and recording of all expenses paid through bank as well all cash expenses
·To monitor the supporting documents of utilities expenses, and make sure the Cut-Off assertion of all expenses
·Prepare Top Sheets of all expense’s category wise
·Preparing software templates of BPVs, CPVs, EJVs, PJVs for entering the data into Tax software ODOO
·Liaising and coordinating with the all other departments in every relevant aspect of Task
·Preparation of Purchase Journal Vouchers (PJV’S) for entering registered purchases declared on FBR Portal
·Preparation of Purchase Return Journal Vouchers (PRJV’S) for credit notes uploaded in Annexure I
