Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Finance Business Partner for its Polyester business based in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing timely financial analysis and continuously monitoring key financial variables (contribution margin, EBIT, working capital) to influence decision-making for improving business performance.
- Collaborating with the business on profit planning, working capital management, and cash flow activities by coordinating with sales, supply chain, and production to achieve optimal operational efficiency and meet sales and financial objectives.
- Executing monthly financial closing processes smoothly and on time. Performing other closing activities in accordance with RACM and applicable accounting standards while finalising and delivering monthly results to the Financial Analyst for analysis and reporting to Management.
- Managing all costing-related matters and providing support to the production department while ensuring comprehensive system-based costing at every stage of the fibre production process, as well as complete and timely reporting.
- Participating in automation projects and optimising finance and business processes.
- Monitoring performance indicators, identifying trends, and analysing the causes of unexpected variances.
