We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Manager/ Director of ICT/Telecom Pre sales to join our dynamic team in Islamabad, Lahore & Karachi. Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the ICT/Telecom pre-sales team, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to drive sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to develop effective pre-sales strategies and solutions.
Drive the end-to-end pre-sales process, including solution discovery, needs analysis, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proposal development.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and prospects, understanding their ICT/Telecom requirements and providing tailored solutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and competition in the ICT/Telecom industry, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Analyze pre-sales metrics, performance data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for continuous enhancement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
4 to 5 years of experience in ICT/Telecom pre-sales, with a proven track record of success in a managerial or director-level role.
In-depth knowledge of ICT/Telecom products, services, and solutions, including cloud computing, networking, telecommunications infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies.
Proven experience in delivering compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
