TPL Maps Jobs Product Associate:

TPL Maps is a fast-growing technology start up in Pakistan. We use location data and AI to help businesses optimize their supply chains and sales channels. We’re also building Pakistan’s first native navigation app.

TPL Maps are looking for a “𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲” to join our young and energetic team.

The incumbent will be responsible for working with the Product Team to create user-centered designs and user experiences for TPL Maps’ consumer and enterprise products. He/she will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to ensure that the product’s design and user experience align with the overall product strategy.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Collaborate with the Product Team to develop user-centered designs that align with the Product’s goals and objectives.
Conduct user research to inform design decisions, including usability testing, user interviews, and surveys.
Conduct A/B Testing rounds to affirm the design decisions made by the Product Team
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts to cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that designs are implemented as intended and meet user needs.
Conduct user acceptance testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop product launch plans, including marketing and sales plans, product training, and customer support strategies.
Monitor and analyze user feedback and analytics data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Communication Design
0-1 year of experience in Product Management or related roles
Fundamental understanding in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and InVision
Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies is a plus
