Position Title: Assistant Warehouse In-charge
Responsibilities:
- Performing all ERP Oracle processes required for receiving or dispatch.
- Meeting timelines for loading / offloading of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
- Perform inventory cycle counts as per plan.
- Discuss and coordinate activities with other departments.
- Ensure that facility MHEs are properly maintained.
- Train, guide and evaluate warehouse workers.
- Give details of shipments with forwarders/carriers.
- Report inventory levels to management.
- Ensure that all documentation meets the given policy structure.
- Managing and monitoring storage areas, classification items, warehouse cleaning, materials segregation, location identification & proper arrangements.
- Monitor and manage stock rejections.
- Ensure material safety and follow the warehouse locking/sealing protocols.
