Core functions of the job
- Managing overall operations of centralized R&D Center with Designing Team, Stitching and PD Team to work with Buyers/Marketing teams for new developments.
- Manages and monitors performance of team members by setting measurable targets, clarifying the expectations and providing regular feedback on performance.
- Doing Intensive research for trend forecasting to make Sustainable & Eco-Friendly products with concept of less damage to planet
- Plan and prepare targets for design departments
Requirements
- Profound knowledge of colors, patterns, and textures
- Trend and emerging brand awareness
- Strong negotiating, listening, verbal, written and presentation skills
- Inventory and merchandising management.
- In-depth knowledge of latest trends and forecasting trends
