Job Responsibilities:
- The position is responsible to look after customer complaints/Request/Queries and arranges to resolve the same in the pre-defined TAT (Turn Around Time)
- Coordination with the other relevant departments for resolution of customer complaints.
- Calling customer and following up to resolve their complaints.
- Managing complaints and queries information.
- Arranging deposit, refund cheques, and following-up with the required customers when necessary.
- Arranging to reconcile receipts and payments and processing of refunds for any excess payment.
- Coordinate with the sale team for onward resolution of the complaints and requests.
- Arranging to investigate policy documents pertaining to courier service provider.
- Arranging & dispatching request letters to customers.
- Maintaining MIS for complaint letter received & route the same for filling once complaints are resolved.
- Arrangement of the premium deduction based on the customer complaint.
Skill Requirements:
- Presentable with Strong written and oral communication skills
- The person must be well-organized, efficient, and productive under pressure.
