We Are Hiring Systems Support Engineer
92NewsHD News Channel is seeking a skilled Systems Support Engineer with at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and possess expertise in hardware/software troubleshooting, end-user support, and media-related hardware configuration. Experience in a news channel environment is an added advantage.
Requirements
- Provide end-user support and handle system support tasks
- Install and configure Windows OS, Outlook, and peripherals (printers, scanners)
- Troubleshoot network devices, access points, and Editing, Designing, and Playout Software
- Maintain Server OS and ensure effective technical support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Windows, Mac OS, network devices, and Outlook
- News channel experience is a plus
