AL-FEROZ GROUP IS LOOKING FOR SR. MANAGER DESIGN & EXECUTION FOR KARACHI OFFICE
JOB ROLE
- Review design drawings, layouts, specifications, schedules, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with the design team, specialist consultants, QS team, contractors, and vendors.
- Identify design gaps, site constraints, constructability issues, and coordination conflicts.
- Support BOQ preparation, scope review, and technical clarifications to minimize variations.
- Review materials, finishes, shop drawings, mock-ups, samples, and technical submittals.
- Ensure the design intent is practical, buildable, cost-effective, and aligned with project requirements.
- Resolve site queries, RFIs, contractor clarifications, and execution-related design issues.
- Monitor interior fit-out, MEP coordination, finishes, mock-ups, site quality, and progress.
- Support procurement and technical evaluations for materials, FF&E, fixtures, and fit-out packages.
- Assist in snagging, defect closure, handover documentation, and final quality inspections.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong design coordination, site execution, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in interior finishes and fit-out projects for high-rise, hospitality, healthcare, retail, hotel, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
