JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee end-to-end invoice posting, ensuring accurate financial transaction processing.
- Conduct GR/IR reviews and reconciliations, reporting key findings to management.
- Supervise the invoice parking and posting process, ensuring accuracy and process compliance.
- Prepare financial reports, analyses, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office tools.
- Apply income tax and sales tax knowledge to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy.
- Analyze GR/IR accounts and open items in collaboration with the Operations team.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Resolve internal and external queries in accordance with established SOPs and guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong expertise in SAP with understanding of its architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting & analysis.
- Practical knowledge of income tax and sales tax laws.

REQUIREMENTS
- 6-8 years experience within Procurement, Supply Chain, or Process Improvement.
- Hands-on experience in process optimization, SAP/ERP, and procurement automation.
- Technical expertise in data analysis, procurement analytics, and dashboarding.
- Strong professional background in Lean/Six Sigma and project management frameworks.
