WE ARE HIRING ASSISTANT MANAGER TALENT ACQUISITION
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in Talent Acquisition or Talent Management within the textile industry.
SKILLS
- Strong understanding of textile manufacturing operations, including Home Textile, Processing, Weaving, Spinning, Garments, Cut to Pack, and Corporate functions.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for managerial, technical, and operational positions.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future business needs.
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Drive employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee integration process.
- Facilitate the performance management process and talent review discussions.
- Prepare recruitment and talent management reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices throughout the employee lifecycle.
