We are looking for a commercially driven, detail-oriented, and trend-focused professional to join our Product Development Team.
Open Position: Merchandiser – PD (Men)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, or a relevant field
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in product development or merchandising, preferably in men’s apparel or retail
- Strong knowledge of men’s clothing, fabrics, trims, garment construction, finishing, fits, and size specifications
- Good understanding of product development cycles, sampling, costing, pricing, quality standards, and market trends
- Ability to manage product development, range planning, assortment creation, and seasonal requirements
- Coordination with suppliers, vendors, design, quality, production, supply chain, and merchandising teams for timely product development and execution
- Experience in sample follow-ups, product approvals, costing negotiations, production tracking, and quality monitoring
- Knowledge of men’s fashion trends, customer preferences, competitor offerings, and market-based product analysis
- Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and vendor-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a commercial, quality-focused, and product-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple product categories and development timelines effectively
