Urgently required “3G/4G RNO” based at Islamabad. Candidate must have 5 years of experience in 3G/4G optimization and 3 years at least in each technology 3G & 4G, responsible for;
- Daily KPI monitoring, bench marking, improvement plan
- Stats analysis, special reporting, optimization activates
- Special solutions monitoring/optimization, parameter recommendations
- Tools handling (Netnumen,TEMS, Mapinfo, NetMax, NEMO)
- New feature trails, field test recommendations, city optimization
