Position: Energiser Retail Fashion (Admin), Weaves Corporation, Lahore
We are looking for a qualified individual for the role of Energiser – Retail Fashion (Admin) to join our Retail team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth administrative functioning of the store network through timely maintenance, repairs, compliance, and cost-efficient operations across the assigned region.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
-Manage day-to-day administrative operations across the store network.
-Oversee budgets with a focus on cost efficiency and controlled spend.
-Provide administrative support during store renovations, openings, and closures.
-Implement safety and security protocols across all locations in line with Head Office guidelines.
-Manage NTI storage and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability and compliance.
-Ensure adherence to all relevant employment, health, and safety regulations.
-Manage legal and statutory notices in coordination with the Legal team.
Expense Management
-Manage the store administration budget in close collaboration with the Retail team.
-Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely issuance of purchase orders for required goods and services.
Experience & Education
3–5 years of relevant experience in Retail Administration or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree.
