Position: Manager Retail Sales.

📍Location: Vital House, Lahore.
🕒 Employment Type: Full time.
🎓 Experience Level: 8-10 years experience in an OMC required.
💸 Salary: Market Competitive + Perks + VPS.

🎯 Key Requirements:
•Develop and implement retail sales strategies to increase sales volume.
•Monitor and analyze sales trends, identifying opportunities for growth.
•Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
•Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with company goals. Identify potential fuel pockets for boosting of sales.
•To achieve sales targets assigned for both the fuel (High Speed Diesel / Primer Motor Gasoline) & lubricants.

•Identify and capitalize on opportunities for network growth.
•Ensure optimal site location and layout for maximum visibility and customer convenience.
•Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with company goals.
