Position: COCO Manager

📍 Location: Lahore, Gujranwala & Sheikhupura
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
🎓 Experience Level: 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in an OMC or site operations environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and ensure all construction and operational activities are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and company standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, transporters, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards; implement safety procedures and risk assessments.
Manage and supervise site staff, including duty rosters, attendance, and performance monitoring.
Plan and control utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Monitor project progress, control site expenses, verify bills, and submit periodic reports to management.
Handle procurement, receiving, storage, and inventory control of materials and consumables.
Maintain proper documentation, including drawings, records, licenses, and compliance files.
Ensure safe fuel decanting operations in accordance with SOPs and safety regulations.
Resolve operational and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals and compliance.
Supervise site facilities, including offices, utilities, accommodation, and maintenance.
Oversee tuck shop/canteen operations, including stock, hygiene, pricing, and cash handling.
Ensure availability of essential items and maintain accurate inventory and sales records.
Support management during audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
