Job posting for a Liaison Officer position at University of Management and Technology (UMT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules/calendars concerning meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, etc.
• Prepare and manage file, documents, presentations, correspondence, etc.
• Serve as focal point for internal and external communications on behalf of Executive Management.
• Manage and follow up on action items and timelines.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of special projects and events.

Requisites:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in management/business administration.
• 0-2 years of experience preferably in coordination and support services.
• Graduates of LUMS, LSE, FAST and FC College University will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary package: PKR. 100K+
• Additional benefits OPD/IPD, EOBI, Annual Bonus/Increments
