Job Posting: Examination Coordinator

University of Central Punjab (UCP) is seeking outstanding candidates for the position of Examination Coordinator. This position is part of the university’s plan to offer career progression opportunities to its existing employees.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university/institute
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
1-2 years of relevant professional experience. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the examination date sheet in accordance with university policies and academic requirements.
Develop detailed examination seating plans for students, ensuring compliance with exam regulations.
Oversee the smooth conduct of examinations, maintaining integrity and adherence to established guidelines.
Coordinate with faculty members to address and resolve date sheet-related issues and concerns.
Collaborate with faculty coordinators to address date sheet-related matters.
Organize the office and assist the immediate supervisor and Head of the concerned department to optimize work processes.
Sort and administer assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Maintain trusting relationships within the COE Office and with other departments.
Assist in resolving office-related malfunctions and respond positively to requests and issues.
All other tasks assigned by superiors.
