Are you an accomplished Operations Leader with a robust background in the FMCG industry? Unity Foods Group of Companies is searching for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join the team as Head of Operations.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A Master’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration (particularly Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).
• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in operations or production leadership roles within the FMCG sector, specifically in a manufacturing or high-speed packaging environment.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, health & safety regulations in the food and FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality control standards, strategic thinking and adaptability to a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Expertise in supply chain management, including logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
• Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, excellent communication, interpersonal skills and sound decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Robust financial acumen, especially in managing budgets and controlling costs.

Key Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (MBA), or Operations Management preferred.
