Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in putting in place mechanisms to encourage and facilitate employee reporting of compliance concerns or potential violations; theses mechanism are accompanied by a policy of non-retaliation against employees who report in good faith;
- Regularly reviewing the adequacy of the compliance system and overall compliance efforts;
- Review account requests from sale desk and analyzing client data, including due diligence and enhanced due diligence of customer.
- To ensure that information obtained was consistent with AML Policy and Procedures and satisfied regulatory requirements.
- Verification of individuals through NADRA VERISYS.
- Customers name screening against negative list (OFAC, EU, UN, etc.) through Hotscan / world check software.
- To verify clients data against addition and deletion in UNSCR and NACTA list.
