Position: Deputy General Manager Sales & Marketing (Corporate)
We are looking for a results-driven Deputy General Manager (DGM) of Sales & Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve market positioning. The candidate must have links & connections within the government contractors, i.e., Public Health Commission, GHQ, Army Housing, Chinoy Engineering, etc., and will support the General Manager in the formulation of policies and lead teams to achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, and enhance brand presence.
Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience Required: 5-6 Years of experience in the corporate sector. At least 2 Years in a similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals.
- Create and manage sales targets and objectives, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
- Lead the development of marketing strategies to promote products/services and strengthen brand identity.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitors, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation within the department.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Position: Manager DNT (Dealer Network)
We are looking for a results-driven Manager (Dealer Network). The candidate will be responsible for the Dealer Network (DNT) and will play a critical role in developing and managing relationships with dealerships, ensuring effective distribution of products and services, and driving the growth of the dealer network. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to collaborate with dealers and internal teams to optimize the performance of the network and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience Required: 5-6 Years experience. At least 2 Years in a similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish new dealer partners to expand the company’s market reach.
- Develop strategies for dealer network expansion and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing dealers.
- Monitor the performance of the dealer network, including sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide recommendations for network improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that dealers can use to attract customers.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and forecasting for the dealer network.
