Trax Logistics is looking for candidates for the position of Zonal Manager-Operation.

Position: Zonal Manager-Operation.
Location: Islamabad.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing and Enhancing Pick-up & Return Operations.
• Managing Delivery Operations across the region.
• Managing Return Operations across the Region.
• Managing Cash Handling/Management operations & recoveries across the region.
• Managing the Supply Chain Operations across the region.
• Efficient Reporting of Operation activities to the stake holders.
• System Modules Design & Implementation.
• Quality Assurance of Operations.
• Zone/Region Building/New Locations/Hiring Operational Staff.
• Week & Month Closing.
• KPI Cascading across the region/zone.
• Creating/Designing & Implementing SOPs.
• Interdepartmental Communication & Coordination.
• New Project Feasibilities & Budgeting

Requirements:

• Work experience in logistic company of 3-5 years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• B. Com/ B.B.A or MBA (Supply Chain)
