We are looking for ADMIN OFFICER
The University of Lahore invites applications from dedicated professionals for the position of Admin Officer.
Responsibilities
- Handle requests and queries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
- Develop and maintain an organized office filing system
- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, internal departments and other stakeholders via multiple channels of communication to ensure smooth operations
- Assist the Head of Department and faculty with administrative tasks
- Manage attendance records, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
- Manage the calendar, schedule meetings and appointments as needed
- Facilitate student course enrolment and assisting with any enrolment issues
Requirements Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field. Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Time management and multitasking abilities
