Job Responsibility:
- Serve visitors by warmly greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately upon arrival.
- Notify company personnel promptly of visitor arrivals and assist in coordinating their interactions.
- Maintain security and operate the telecommunications system to ensure efficient communication.
- Inform visitors by promptly responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Direct visitors by maintaining accurate employee and department directories.
- Ensure security by following established procedures, monitoring the visitor logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Keep the reception area safe and clean by adhering to established procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed, fostering a positive work environment.
- Perform any other activities necessary for the general welfare of the organisation, or as requested by the GM Admin or Admin staff.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, courier services, and official documents.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, visitors, and administrative logs.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, scanning, and record management.
- Handle basic office inquiries and provide correct information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and visitor data at all times.
