The City School is looking to fill out the position of Deputy Manager Libraries at the Head Office in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Implementation of all SOPs for Libraries and LMS.
- Ensure term-wise stock take in each school and prepare a stock take report.
- Ensure handing and taking over procedures for schools where librarians have resigned.
- Perform random audits of libraries.
- Provide needs-based administrative training to librarians annually such as Library Management System (LMS).
- Write IEPs for each librarian in the regions and keep a follow-up on their development plan.
- Ensure needs-based academic training for librarians through CLs.
- Improve LMS functions in coordination with the IT department.
- Resolve any pending issues with schools.
- Ensure all books/resources are tagged and entered in the LMS by the librarians.
- Ensure schools use library events as part of the marketing strategy on social media.
- Coordinate with publishers for School Book Fairs.
