JDs:

• Learn locations of HVAC equipment and how they relate to each building.
• Maintain & repair all HVAC equipment and components.
• Troubleshoot & repair HVAC equipment.
• Maintain all related recommendations, i.e. valves, motors, belts, bearing, & lubrication etc.
• Basics of equipment management controls,to start, stop, seek status or change conditions on HVAC systems.
• Must know to prepare Chillers & Cooling Towers & their inspection, including any refractory work, cleaning and installing new seals.
• Run Cooling Towers and Chiller plants to maintain system temperatures
• Train other HVAC Technicians in preventative maintenance & repair
• Monitor energy consumption.
• Works with outside vendors, engineers on personal basis.
• Day-to-day operations of the HVAC
