Position: Deputy Manager Supply Chain

Requirements
- Experience: 8-10 Years of experience in OMC (Oil Marketing Company)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s / MBA or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supply operations by planning strategy and overseeing import deals and local refineries upliftment.
- Conduct market analysis and track supply-demand trends to provide price movement probability and trading outlooks.
- Manage supply operations of petroleum products, including storage, vessel nominations, approving PFIs, and trade finance functions.
- Coordinate with OCAC/OGRA for data sharing (DSSP, tanker program, etc.) and attend relevant meetings (PRMs, multi-WOP, etc.).

Position: IFEM Specialist
Location: Karachi
Job Requirements
- Experience: 4-5 Years of experience in same field
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the company’s IFEM and ICFS matters.
- Best knowledge of OGRA IFEM’s rules and regulations, and ensuring its compliance.
- Manage fleet operations, route optimization, and logistics cost control for improved efficiency.
- Preparing sales certificates, transport cost certificates, PMP, purchase data, adjustments, lines fill, RRD, and sales tax, etc.
- Correspondence with OGRA and OCAC, also attending the industry related meetings.
- Ensure regulatory documentation is maintained for recordkeeping and submitting as per industry standards.
- Conducting OGRA IFEM audit process, meeting with Internal, External Auditors and facilitating the audit process.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Finance, Commercial, and Operations Teams.
