Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum six (6) years of overall professional experience, with at least three (3) years in a Human Resources role at a reputable higher education institution or well-established organization.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR operations in line with institutional policies and best HR practices.
Job Description
- Assist in updating and monitoring the daily Digital Attendance Register (DAR) system.
- Update and maintain HR-related information on the SZABIST website.
- Assist in processing employee promotion cases.
- Prepare and maintain personal records of Faculty & Staff.
- Handle daily requests and complaints related to visiting faculty.
- Work closely with departments and managers to implement HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive records for visiting faculty for all semesters.
- Participate in university activities such as orientation, convocation, and conferences.
