Job Description:

  • This role is a unique opportunity to manage the Service Quality department, identify areas of improvement and drive strategic Quality related mandates aligned with overall Sybrid leadership.
  • This position will be aligned with our mission to simplify and improve our Quality of service which we offer and commits to our clients.
  • The role will report to Assistant Vice President, Sybrid Customer Services and will be based in Karachi, Pakistan.

Role Responsibility

  • Managing Service Quality team
  • Management of all Quality related KPIs which we commit and offers to our clients.
  • Ensure that Training needs are properly identified and training are delivered accordingly.
  • Designing Monitoring Standards
  • Liaison with operations on all quality-related matters.
  • Reports Monitoring and analysis
  • SQ Team Compliance and Calibration
  • Team management.
  • Managing team of Service quality officers.

Job Description:

We are seeking a team manager for our Call center Operations. The candidate should be technically minded, with a technical support background and people management skills.
The role will report to Assistant Vice President, Sybrid Customer Services and will be based in Karachi, Pakistan.

Role Responsibility

• Produces and analyses management reports to allocate work accordingly.
• Planning and forecasting of call traffic and allocation of resources in different shifts.
• Resolves customer escalation in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimize business impact.
• Plans and distributes the workload appropriately between Supervisors, team leaders and Technical Support executives to ensure that business needs and deadlines are met.
• Act as a technical liaison on documentation and process improvements.
• Complete random quality check for adherence to process
