WE’RE HIRING! Manager – CEO Office
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO, COO, directors, and other stakeholders
- Manage the CEO office staff
- Schedule, organize, and document meetings for the CEO, COO and directors, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Manage and oversee company projects/tasks from conception to completion, ensuring they align with executive directives
- Provide operational support to the CEO, COO, and directors, including preparing reports and analyzing data.
- Regularly follow up with various departments to monitor task and project progress, ensuring adherence to executive directives
- Facilitate the flow of information between departments and the director’s office, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Provide research and analysis to support the decision-making process of the CEO, COO, and directors
- Execute any other task as assigned by the Directors Office
Requirements:
- Master’s in Business Administration or related field
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
