WE’RE HIRING Deputy Manager R&D Processing
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with plant production teams for technical assistance & resolving issues raised by processing plants.
- Lead bulk governance & provide technical supervision in processing.
- Design and execute trials, experiments and validations for new formulations or processing methods.
- Continuously evaluate and improve dyeing and finishing techniques.
- Manage R&D projects, timelines and deliverables.
- Support Plants in RCA meetings.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering including Textile/Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in exhaust dyeing and/or finishing.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of modern dyeing machinery and finishing technologies.
- Understanding of fabric types, dyes and chemical processes.
- Familiarity with quality control standards in textile production.
