Soneri Bank Ltd Jobs Associate Employee Relations : Seeking resumes for Associate Employee Relations – HR Department at Soneri Bank Limited.
Location: Karachi
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
Qualification: BBA/MBA from recognized university
Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
- To Study disciplinary cases and prepare disciplinary action letters which included (Show Cause Notices, Enquiry Notices) in accordance with Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Correspond with legal, Business and support functions of the Bank in matters relating to disciplinary affairs.
- Prepare and maintain MIS of employees under disciplinary action and keep track of the required actions
- Assist in preparing disciplinary action note sheets and organizing the related supporting documents for presenting disciplinary cases to the Disciplinary Action Committee
- Any other duties/responsibilities assigned by manager
