We are inviting applications for the position of Manager Regulatory Compliance Division Compliance Control & Investigation Group (CCIG)
Location : Karachi
Position Summary
- Review and provide feedback of Policies, Procedures, Product Program and Instruction Circulars etc. initiated by different departments of the bank and to ensure that they are in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and ensure implementation of SBP Regulations/ Instructions.
- Provide Guidance / advisory services to Branches/ Department / Division about all applicable regulation.
- Monitor Bank wide Compliance with FATCA / CRS Regulations.
- Coordinate and respond with SBP Officials related to various queries.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 6 Years’ experience in Similar role.
Preferred Skills
Having adequate knowledge of regulatory requirements of various regulators.

Division: Compliance Control & Investigation Group (CCIG)

Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in similar role
Position Summary
- Ensuring compliance with International and domestic sanction regimes
- To ensure the screening of SWIFT messages held through Safe Watch
- Review of transaction held in Safe Watch with respect to the risk of possible sanction breaches
- To ensure that all requests received from the branches regarding screening of customers through World Check are processed as per the defined TAT
- Review and finalization of detections containing possible match with designated entities for reporting of Suspicious Transaction to FMU.
