Requirements:

1. PhD/MPhil/MS in:
   • Business Administration (or equivalent)
   • Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering (SE), IT, CSE, or equivalent field
   • Psychology
2. Teaching/research experience in a recognized Institution/University/College.
3. Strong research portfolio with publications in academic journals.
4. Proven ability to deliver lectures, design curriculum, and assess students effectively.
5. Active participation in professional organizations and conferences.
6. Foreign qualifications are preferred.
