We are looking for an Intern in HR & Admin department to support the CEO and other managers in HR and General Administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the whole Recruitment Process including Job postings on different platforms, Shortlisting, phone screening, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, taking tests.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining of all records including personnel, expenses, repair & maintenance etc.
- Ensuring the smooth operating of business by handling all repairs and any purchases necessary for such purpose.
- Update internal databases (e.g. records, sick leaves, short leaves, etc)
- Assist in preparing HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Answer employees query about HR-related issues
- Assist in making Salaries from employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Requirements:
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Minimum Bachelors in Commerce or Business, Masters preferred.
Skills Required:
- 3 Hs (Humble/Honest/Hardworking)
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to handle Grievances
- Problem Solver
