Position: Associate Officer Customer Excellence.

Requirements:

• Provide technical support to customers via call and email.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical support or other departments for further resolution.
• Develop a strong understanding of solar products, systems, and technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in solar technology.
• Educate customers on best practices for solar system maintenance and optimization.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Continuously learn and enhance technical skills.

Qualifications:

• Electrical Engineer.
• Fresh to 6 months Experience
• FYP on Solar
• Any Job experience in Solar
• Islamabad based Candidates.
