Shield Corporation Limited is seeking profiles for the position of Sales Support Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating reports on monthly basis.
- Analysis/Sales trend (as per need).
- Assist in other sales support matters.
- Compilation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports.
- Updating reports on Monthly Basis (FF YTD/Invoices/Unique Customer).
- Preparing and incorporating Sales, Target, and Closing Inventory Data in Standard Stock Analyzer Format to evaluate Stock needs at Branch and circulate it to all Team (Sales & Marketing Team).
- Budget vs Actual & Primary vs secondary and different reports related to Budget vs Actual.
- Various Analysis based on Targets vs. Achievements, Sales Trend, Sales Facts and other reports (As per need/Requirement of Marketing & Sales Department).
- Compilation of Brick wise Target bifurcation & Allocation in one nationwide & regional sheets.
- Preparation of Monthly Incentives Sheet as per Prevailing Incentives Policy and active Sales Team.
- Preparation of sub distributor Quarterly/Annual Incentives as per policy or active running program.
- Compilation of Various Tracker Reports on New Launched SKUs.
- Record Keeping of All Stock Analyzer Report.
- Prepare Sales Review Reports of target vs Achieving and growth by (Area, Channel, Towns wise in value and units) in standard Reporting format.
