Shield Corporation Limited is seeking profiles for the position of Assistant Manager Quality Assurance.
Requirements & Details:
- Department: Quality Assurance
- Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Qualification: BE (Industrial/Mechanical)
- Location: Factory/Karachi
- No. of Positions: 1
Responsibilities :
- Enforce all Company Policies & Procedures, issued time to time.
- Ensure to practice all Food Safety, QMS, and HACCP measures, as per ISO 22000:2018,ISO 9001 & ISO 14000 requirements.
- Develop technical method to improve daily QC and make it efficient.
- Assure that testing and measurement Lab should be managed, with continual improvement in processes and equipment.
- Ensure that all raw materials from local and import are tested as per defined sample size.
- Responsible to test run lots for any issue.
- Maintaining calibration of all equipment’s.
- Develop Companywide new SOPs & Work Instructions, and update existing SOPs & Work Instructions, to improve the current system and process.
- Coordinate with ops and supply chain team for the manufacturing of quality products that eliminates customer complaints.
- Work to minimize the Customer Complaints through taking proactive measure and ensuring to enhance the Quality, GMP, Food Safety & Halaal.
- Assure that all products are in total compliance with local/international customers’ need and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure full GMP Compliance, and Arrange on job trainings to the concerned staff, to enhance their efficiency in Quality, GMP, Food Safety & Halaal.
- Perform any other job, assigned by the management.
