Position : Supply Chain (Import) Manager – Head Office, Lahore

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end import processes including L/C (Letter of Credit) documentation, coordination with banks, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of imported materials.
- Liaise with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs laws, and trade policies.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and optimize costs. - Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams including finance, production, and warehouse management to ensure alignment of import activities with business needs.
Eligibility criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field).
Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain (Imports) with expertise in L/C documentation and P2P cycle.
Strong understanding of import regulations, customs clearance, and trade compliance.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Oracle ERP system and Microsoft Office.
