Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Project & Maintenance Executive” Central & North Region.

Job Description:

• Maintenance related follow ups with retail and vendors on daily basis.
• Supervision of maintenance & project works.
• Site Surveys before execution.
• Quantity verification and quality surveying of work after and before completion.
• Supervision of ACs and Generator maintenance work.
• Must be able to work on bills, comparisons and other related documents.
• Must be flexible for travelling.

Job Specification:

Qualification: Bachelors in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience: At least 1 year experience of construction/interior works site supervision and vendor management.

Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Time Management Skills
• MS Office

Timings: will be flexible based on the count of working hours.
Location: Islamabad
