Job Title: Unit Head Operational Risk
Location: Karachi
Job Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Operational Risk Management Framework
- Implement and monitor Operational Risk assessment tools (RCSAs, KRIs, loss data collection).
- Ensure compliance with SBP regulations through RCSA
- Review new/revised business processes, procedures, products and systems under Operational Risk framework
Minimum Education:
- Post Graduate
Minimum Requirement:
- 7 years of related banking industry experience in Operational Risk, Reporting and Data Management
- Excellent understanding of banking products, business and operations
- Strong analytical & communication skills
