Job Title: Head of QA & FRMU
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Karachi
Minimum Education: Graduation preferably with CFE or other certifications

Minimum Requirement:
• 5-6 years of experience in similar role
• Excellent analytical, report writing and communication skills
• Sound expertise in Fraud Investigations, reporting and handling LEAs
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing team of Fraud and QA experts and ensuring that fraud losses are minimized and in line with budgeted fraud appetite
• Review of all critical processes and procedures across all business area to cover fraud risk
• Conducting bi-annual Fraud Risk Assessment
•Development and implementation of Quality Assurance review plan
• Regulatory reporting to State Bank of Pakistan on actual and attempted fraud incidents to prevent incidence of regulatory penalties
• Monitoring of effective closure of issues and escalation of significant issues

Job Title: Manager Information Security

Minimum Education: Graduation, preferably BCS with CISA, CISSP, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certifications)
Minimum Requirement:
• 5+ Years of Information Security/’Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing’/IS-GRC experience in Pakistan’s Banking Industry
• Knowledge of SBP’s Guidelines/Framework on Information & Cyber Security forums, and best practices
• Knowledge of Cloud computing security assessment, securing Windows, Linux & iOS
• Strong verbal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Define, maintain and implement the Bank’s Information Security Policy & Procedures, and Business Continuity Program
• Perform Security Reviews, Vulnerability & Risk Assessments along with revalidation testing
• Develop IS awareness materials & programs
• Providing L1 and L2 support for Managed/On-premise SOC, cyber incidents forensics
