🚀 We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager Costing – Factory

📍 Location: Port Qasim | Manufacturing Industry

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Assistant Manager Costing – Factory who is passionate about manufacturing finance and eager to make a real impact at the factory level. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working close to operations, translating data into insights, and strengthening financial controls in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accuracy and alignment with actual production processes and shop-floor realities.
Analyze cost-center-wise OPEX and CAPEX to ensure correct classification, transparency, and meaningful cost visibility.
Review factory payroll costs, including overtime and indirect labor, ensuring accurate allocation to relevant cost centers.
Monitor and review Repair & Maintenance (R&M) expenses for machinery and factory facilities to support cost efficiency.
Reconcile system-recorded material consumption with physical production and inventory records to ensure data integrity.
Assist in CAPEX initiatives, including preparation and evaluation of financial feasibility studies for new and ongoing projects.
Support management through cost analysis, variance reporting, and actionable insights to drive efficiency and performance improvements.

Requirements:

CMA (Part Qualified) and/or equivalent HEC-recognized degree in Accounting or Finance.
3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or factory costing roles.
Strong hands-on exposure to plant-based financial operations and close coordination with production teams.
Advanced, hands-on expertise in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
