WE ARE HIRING! ASSISTANT MANAGER ERP
The incumbent would be required to have:
- Assist in the implementation, enhancement, and support of the ERP system across various business functions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align ERP initiatives with business goals and digital transformation strategy.
- Participate in end-to-end ERP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget compliance.
- Ensure support and resolution of day-to-day issues and queries from user department.
- Drive business process reengineering in collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations teams.
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout the ERP lifecycle.
- Ensure data integrity, system integration, and reporting accuracy across all ERP modules.
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and service providers.
- Promote user adoption through structured change management and training programs.
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Requirement: CA Inter / ACCA qualified having at least 2-3 years Post qualification experience in the ERP / Digital Transformation Department. Hands-on exposure to ERP implementation, business process automation, and digital transformation projects.
