QuickStart is seeking to hire ‘Performance Marketing Analyst‘ in Karachi. Working hours will be from 6 pm to 3 am (US hours)
This role demands a highly driven, results focused marketer with a strong attention to detail, exceptional analytical skills and a strong understanding of marketing practices, who will also ensure our company’s marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.
Requirements:
· Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or Advertising.
· 1-3 years of experience in marketing
· Must have excellent mathematical and numerical skills
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office
· Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
· Working knowledge with CRM programs, Data Studio, Google Analytics
· Demonstrable skills working with large data sets and databases
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
· Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
· Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
· Excellent multitasking skills
· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
· Team player
· Research skills
