Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and ensure optimal utilization & operation of plant equipment.
- Monitor equipment condition, analyze trends, and identify maintenance & operation needs.
- Conduct accurate & timely inspection and diagnose issues of area equipment.
- Contribute to training & people development.
- Maintain safety and compliance: Implement health, safety, and environmental standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualification and Experience:
🎓 Education: BE Mechanical
📅 Experience: Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in a cement plant
