Job Description:
- Authentication of all Payment Vouchers including, but not limited to, Slip Expense Vouchers, Vendor Payment Vouchers & Petty Cash Vouchers.
- Authenticate Sales Journal Vouchers and ensure the accuracy of document.
- Authenticate Journal Vouchers for adjusting Accounting Entries monthly / annually. E.g. Sales Tax, Depreciation etc.’
- Review Accounting Activities on daily basis
- Review Bank Reconciliations on monthly basis.
- Ensure Tax Compliance.
- Maintain Trail Balance and keep the TB tied up and error free all the time.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register in order to ensure the safeguard of Fixed Assets. Record provision for Allowance for Depreciation.
- Prepare Financial Statements, including but not limited to, Following:-
(I) Profit & Loss Statement
(II) Statement of Financial Position
(III) Statement of Cash Flows
(IV) Statement of Change in equity
(V) Notes to Financials
- Prepare Budgeted Cash Flows, Revenue and Expenses details.
- Improvement of Finance Module in Reporting Channels and Procedures.
- Prepare brief report for management on Financial Performance of Organization.
- Any other Task assign by the management.
