VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT

PESCO is a Public Limited Power Distribution Company mandated under its license to provide electricity to its valuable customers. PESCO intends to fill the following positions of its Health, Safety and Environment Department Directorate purely on contract basis on lump sum pay basis extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

Position: Director Safety

No of Posts: 1
Eligibility Criteria:
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 05 years experience as HSE leadership role, in a Power utility organization OR MS Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 03 years experience as HSE leadership role, in a Power utility organization.
- Lead Auditor ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or NEBOSH/IOSH certification or other recognized certification of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) shall be preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing an HSE Safety Management System as a leader in power sector will be preferred. Knowledge of National & Provincial HSE Laws & Regulations (NEPRA Power Safety Code) is required. Experience as a Safety Trainer will be an added advantage.
- Age: 45 Years

Position: Dy. Director Safety

No of Posts: 1
Eligibility Criteria:
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 03 years experience as HSE leadership role, in a Power utility organization OR MS Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 02 years experience as HSE leadership role, in a Power utility organization.

Instructions

The employment shall be purely on contract basis for an initial period of 1 year, further extendable on the performance.
The inductees being hired on specialized position having requisite qualification, experience & certification will work exclusively in safety department.
