Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager (Sindh)

Core Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue and coverage objectives set by company management.
- Ensure implementation of organization’s SOPs and systems across all reporting levels.
- Manage the sales team in assigned territories to ensure targets/KPIs are met.
- Execute approved marketing and sales promotion initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data to the Head Office.
- Monitor sales teams at distribution levels for KPI implementation.
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and competitor activity.
- Identify new opportunities to increase distribution efficiency.
- Ensure profitable sales growth across all channels, focusing on GT (Retail) and LMT segments.
- Maintain a healthy channel mix for secondary sales.
- Ensure distributors follow company targets, SOPs, and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Experience: 12-15 years in a similar role within FMCG, Hygiene, Chemical, or Household Products.
- Education: Bachelors/Masters in Sales & Marketing.
- Desired Skill Set:
- Strong team management and leadership.
- Sales and business acumen.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Strong distribution handling and management.
