We are hiring OFFICER RECOVERY
Number of position(s): 01 | Location: Rawalpindi, Punjab

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: BS/MS from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection, negotiation and account reconciliation etc.
• Relevant Industry: Manufacturing, Textile, Electrical and Electronic appliances.
• Age: Maximum age up to 30 years.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate and provide regular reports on debt recovery activities to the management team.
• Proactively contact customers with overdue accounts through various communication channels to facilitate payments.
• Skillfully negotiate payment plans and terms with customers needing flexibility in settling outstanding balances.
• Accurately reconcile accounts for precise tracking of outstanding balances and transactions.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all communication and payment agreements, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in resolving account-related issues and inquiries professionally.
• Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate and reach challenging-to-contact customers.
• Collaborate with legal counsel and follow through with legal actions to recover debts when required.
